Searching the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

As a real estate professional, I often find that clients are looking at websites and properties that have not been updated in years! It's an awful feeling to find someone getting really excited about a property that unfortunately a long time ago that was never removed from a website.
In order to solve this delimma, I've added Map Tracks to my website. Map Tracks is real time data that is fed from the MLS and is always up to date and accurate. You can search for homes directly on www.KarenArlick.com and click on Map Tracks.
With Map Tracks you can search by Map areas, specific Sub-Divisions, Streets, MLS Numbers, City/County, as well as by entering your specific criteria that you desire in a home. You may also search by rentals, residential, commercial, land, etc.
Best of all, you can save your search and come back to it whenever you want. You are also able to send Karen's Team a message to request an appointment, ask a question and get more information.
Be sure to bookmark www.KarenArlick.com as one of your favorite sites. Here's the link directly to Map Tracks: http://goo.gl/gBWc9
You may also find out what the home down the street sold for and request various buyer and seller reports on www.KarenArlick.com. Before you start going out to look, it's best to apply for your mortgage first. If you need help finding the right mortgage, ask. We can help!
