A manly castle?

For years I have always felt a bit odd posing in front of Cinderella's castle at Disney World forcing a smile while surround by pixie dust. Don't get me wrong, I love Disney World, heck I run an entirely site about it so when Universal Studios announced the idea of a theme park inside of a theme park which would be themed around Harry Potter I wasn't exactly excited. I barely tolerate the Harry Potter movies playing on my home theater but I also knew that in that instant I was going to be purchasing Universal tickets soon. I have a family of Harry Potter fans and they went through the roof with anticipation.
Months go by without much else being mentioned in the news until Universal's construction crew revealed the outer walls of the new themed area to news helicopters and it dawned on me, this castle is a manly, gritty, snarling, medieval and the only thing I could utter was, "wow, Universal has a man's castle". Genius!
Just goes to show that Universal, while land locked, can still grow and interest new visitors.
The new area of Universal Studio's that is "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" is set to open May 28th 2010.
