Should Sea World allow trainers in the water?

Thursday will be the 1 year anniversary of Dawn Brancheau's death at the Orlando SeaWorld. Trainers have not been allowed in the water with Killer Whales since. SeaWorld is reportedly considering a reversal of this policy.
